Fulton, Mental Illness, and YouTube

In case people haven't noticed, I like YouTube. While looking around the other day for something completely different, I saw this video starring our very own Jodi. It gives a lot of good information when working with patrons with mental illness. A few of the suggestions would violate our patron confidentiality policies but for the most part, I found it helpful and informative.

If you want more information about how to help patrons with mental or physical disabilities, check out Library411 from the Missouri Department of Mental Health, the Missouri State Library, and the Missouri Institute of Mental Health .
